Return & Refund Policy

We want you and your little ones to love your purchase! If you are not entirely satisfied, we are here to help.

1. Return & Exchange Window

  • You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Clearance or sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

2. Refund Options

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunds will be transferred directly to your Bank Account, EasyPaisa, or JazzCash.

  • Online Payments: Refund will be reversed to your original payment card (takes 5–7 working days).

  • Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

3. Damaged or Wrong Items

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we will replace it or provide a full refund at zero extra cost to you.

4. How to Start a Return

  1. Message us on WhatsApp at [Your Number] or email us at [Your Email] with your Order ID and a picture of the item.

  2. Once approved, ship the item back to our warehouse. (Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item was damaged).
